Meet Neil
Neil Pearson is UiSee's Founder and offers Fractional CPO, COO, and CSO capabilities. He has served in leadership roles across insurtech, fintech, and AI geospatial / imagery analytics companies and was fortunate to have worked at some leading innovation companies including Building Design Partnership (BDP), ICL Fujitsu, Marconi, Ericsson, CoreLogic, Arturo and Betterview. He has a successful track record of leading operational and product teams with the drive and velocity to execute 'the art of the possible' across the property industry. He has benefited from working with insurance and geospatial powerhouses including Suncorp, IAG, American Family, LexisNexis, USAA, Google, MapBox, Precisely to name a few.
Neil was driven to establish UiSee as a consequence of many of his fellow professionals advocating for greater awareness in the growing space of AI. Both insurers and technology companies saw Neil as the bridge to better translate the technical detail to the business-specific use cases across the industry thereby facilitating the client need—core to any business strategy. He is excited to share his professional insights and expertise with businesses who are ready to leverage the possibilities of AI in the midst of balancing the challenges that AI presents.
Neil came to North America, for only 2 years and now some 20+ years later he and his wife have settled with their family in Ottawa, Canada, and are proud Canadians. Previously, he worked as an Urban Planner & GIS Consultant in London, UK, and was responsible for building out Vodafone's Wireless Network in the UK and the redevelopment of the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. Hence his strong emphasis around balancing 'resilience practices' as we manage the impact of climate change in our urban and rural communities.
In his spare time, Neil enjoys sailing, collecting rare vinyl, and enjoying time as an empty nester with his wife and their Goldendoodle.
